WEBRhythmic gymnastics combines the athletic grace of artistic gymnastics and ballet through choreographed dance and performance with colorful ribbons, balls, hoops, ropes and clubs. Routines performed to music (60 to 90 sec) must show high leaps and jumps, multiple turns, balances, acrobatic elements, and flexibility.
