The Ohio Lottery offers multiple draw games for those aiming to win big. Here’s a look at Dec. 28, 2024, results for each game: Powerball drawings are held Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m.

The player won the top prize of $500,000 by playing Home For The Holidays, an Ohio Lottery scratch-off game. The Ohio Lottery said that the winner purchased their ticket at Suburban Mart, located on the 1100 block of East State Street in Salem. According to the press release, after taxes, the winner will take home approximately $360,000.

An Ohio Lottery player won the top prize of $500,000 playing the Lottery’s new scratch-off, Home for the Holidays, according to an Ohio Lottery press release. The winner purchased their ticket at Suburban Mart, located at 1125 East State Street in Salem.

“We know that many people will likely receive tickets to Friday’s drawing as holiday gifts, and what a gift that would turn out to be if you ended up with a ticket worth a $1.15 billion jackpot,” Joshua Johnston, lead director for the Mega Millions Consortium, said in a news release before the jackpot rose again to $1.22 billion.

CLEVELAND (WJW) — Christmas has come early for two lucky lottery winners! Someone in Cleveland is $500,000 richer after buying a $10 Extra Play scratch-off ticket from K D Madison Inc. located at 9815 Madison Avenue, according to the Ohio Lottery. After state and federal taxes, the winner will take home about $360,000.

The lottery jackpot was an estimated $145 million with a cash option of $65.7 million for Saturday night's drawing, according to the Powerball website. The jackpot was last won on Dec. 7 when a New York lottery player won a $256 million Powerball jackpot.
