MEMPHIS, Texas (KFDA) - The search for Seth Altman, the man accused of shooting Memphis Police Chief Rex Plant, is in the fourth day. Several residents that live in the same area as Altman expressed their fears.

A manhunt is underway for the suspect involved in the shooting of Memphis, Texas Police Chief Rex Plant. Multiple law enforcement agencies, including Texas Rangers, are looking for 33-year-old Seth Altman.

Governor Greg Abbott announced a $10,000 reward through Texas Crime Stoppers, for information leading to the arrest and capture of Altman. There were indications he may be in the Wichita Metro Area. He is described as 6-foot-4 or 6-foot-5 and weighs aproximately 220 pounds.
