Stefon Diggs had his first meeting with his former team on Sunday as the Houston Texans were able to beat Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills, 23-20, in dramatic fashion at home. Diggs spent the last four seasons with the Bills before being traded to the Texans this past offseason.

The Buffalo Bills were beaten by the Stefon Diggs led Houston Texans in Week 5. In a 23-20 final, the Bills (3-2) certainly shot themselves in the foot. The Texans (4-1) only had a chance to take a final field goal attempt because of Buffalo’s time management.

The Bills were, almost poetically, without Khalil Shakir, their top receiver. It left the Bills without a single player who caught a regular season pass from Allen in 2023. And those receivers didn’t add much on Sunday, even with a depleted Bills defense giving them one chance after another to take hold of the game.
