Be mindful to be exactly 15 mins before the time on your ticket. We were 5 (!) mins late and they didn’t allow us to enter even though we were with 8 months kid. Worst experience in KL so far. Full review by Iryna S

Also, my Husband is terrified of heights. Are the sky walk and viewing area completely enclosed? Are the interpretation displays in a good place and suitable as a distraction for him if needed? Around 50 minutes which doesn't seem a long time but the lift is super fast and there is plenty of time for photos and a look in the gift shop.

The options offered on TripAdvisor are much more expensive than the actual ticket cost. Unfortunately the Petronas website does not accept Visa, Mastercard, GooglePay, ApplePay or even payment from any US banks.

I went at lunch time to Petronas basement ticket counter and got a 3pm slot no problems and the shopping centre had the best food court ever. Staff were very helpful
